These pages were using the Bella Rose designer series papers and the Riding Hood Red cardstock. I used the Big Shot for the cupcake and when the holder was cut out, I ran it through my crimper so it would look more like a cupcake "cup". On the little dots on the cupcake I put on a good amount of my Tombo Multi Purpose glue and added several beads from the "pink glass bead mix". I also used the cupcake from the Sock Monkey set and of course I had to add a few more candles to represent my 3rd birthday. Also used with this page is the Scallop edge punch and then I punched holes in each scallop with my Crop-a-Dile using the smaller hole punch. The red gingham ribbon is tied around the side to give some more texture.

Another month of Scrapbooking
This is th
e last night of my Scrapbooking class; and again, I used black & white photos of me when I was little. The pictures here are of me on my third and fifth birthdays. As I mentioned on my page, it appears my 3rd Birthday was a party of One :)

The second page is using the Pink Pirouette cardstock as the base and Riding Hood Red for the 8 1/2 X 11 piece. Also I used the Bella Rose DSP again and some of the red hemp twine. The birthday cake is from the Fun & Fast Notes stamp seet and was stamped on scrap paper, colored, cut out and attached with dimensionals. The greeting at the top is stamped with the Happy Everything stamp set. Again the little cupcakes at the bottom were stamped with the cupcake from the Sock Monkey set and I attached some more of the pink beads on the frosting.

More Scrapbook pages
The Walk in the Park Designer Series paper with the grey and pink lent itself to work with the black and white photos. I also used the Basic Grey cardstock to make the "little leaves" with the Big Shot, some grey taffeta ribbon and Cameo Coral cardstock. We also used the retiring "Big Deal Alphabet" (I love this set and hate to see it go) and stamped the letters in Cameo Coral, Basic Grey and Baja Breeze ink. We used some striped Baja Breeze 5/8" ribbon and the Looks Like Spring Stamp Set.

Desktop Card Box/Drawers
T
his is so cute and fun. The bottom portion is three drawers attached to each other and decorated. I think each drawer could probably hold 5-6 cards with envelopes. Also, the top portion is made like a magazine holder with three slots. Again each slot could hold 5-6 and probably more cards and envelopes. On each side there is another magazine holder box that can hold 5-6 and probably more cards each. Imagine what a store of cards you could have and could have a slot for each type of card you want to have on hand. The small box off to the side is made using the box Bigz Die and the Big Shot and then attaching each side to a box made to fit inside. You can put paper clips, buttons, or anything else you want into this. It's really quite large. This would make a fun gift to give a loved one and stuffed full of home-made cards for them to send out.

Kristina Werner Color Challenge #55

Happy Stamping everyone!!!
Card Holder Box
Isn't this just the cutest card holder and cards? This was put together differently that what I've done before. I will be advertising this as a class soon, so let me know if you like it; of course it will be using different designer series papers and maybe a different stamp set, depending on what all the new papers look like.

Frogs
Remember my little Dwarf Frogs I have in captivity :) I changed their water today and one of the frogs is "thanking me" can't you tell? When I took them out, I couldn't believe how different they are in size. I think the big one doesn't let the little one eat, what do you think? The little one is always pushing himself head down into the rocks; makes you wonder how he gets out of there. You can kind of see him down on the right.....
Anyway,..........
Guess what? I got my "pre-ordered" stamps and paper from the new 09/10 Idea book & catalog. I can't wait to show you some of the fun things out there. It won't be long and you can all have a catalog of your own. If you would like me to order one for you, please let me know.
If you belong to one of my clubs you will receive a catalog from me FREE!!! Oh Yeah.... let me know if you are interested in my card clubs or scrapbooking clubs for a free catalog and free hostess merchandise during the club time. The new level 1 hostess sets are really cute; and I can't wait to get one of them to use. Remember, the catalogs are only being issued once a year again, so you have a long time to order from each one. This time, you might be able to purchase all your heart desires before they retire.
