This is the last project we made in our first Big Shot class this month...... Isn't this the cutest thing? The Petal Cone die again!!! We cut the cone with the Big Shot using Crumb Cake cardstock and then ran it through the Square Lattice Embossing Folder to make it look like a waffle cone. The banner in the die cut was also embossed and adhered to the top portion of the cone to finish off the edge. The we cut one section of the cone in Whisper White for the inside greeting, trimmed to fit and adhered to the inside of the card.
Next we ran three pieces of Pretty in Pink pieces of cardstock through the Petal Cone Die on the scallop half circle section. Then each piece was sponged with Regal Rose classic ink. The first piece was placed on the cone as it is originally cut. Then to make the other three pieces smaller, we fit the cut piece into the 2 1/2" circle punch, placed the scallops evenly inside and punched. Then these altered "ice creams" were placed on top of the cone for additional scoops. I then sprayed the ice cream with the Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz to finish it off. I thought this turned out pretty cute.
