Cute Top Note Bunny Box

I saw the cutest Top Note Bunny Box and had to show you all. I put a Peanut Butter egg inside and gave it to my mother-in-law for a fun treasure. This is so easy to make and is so small and cute. I just had to share with you all.

Kristina Werner Challenge #44

Here I am, back for another Kristina Werner color challenge. These colors were a little easier for me to put together; however, I apparently Love, Love, Love this Sale-A-Bration stamp set as it's always the one I keep going back to when I think of "soft" pinks. I started with my card base being the Close to Cocoa, then I adhered the Bella Rose DSP for the chocolate Chip and the pink. I also used the eyelet border again on the chocolate chip Bella Rose paper and tied some pink Taffeta Ribbon around the top. I stamped the flower from Botanical Blooms on whisper white cardstock, then stamped two more blossoms on scraps of whisper white paper and cut them out in different sizes and layered on top of each other. The blossoms were colored in with Pink Pirouette classic ink using a blender pen. Then I took one of my small pink rhinestone brads and spread the legs apart to release the gem so I could attach that to the center of the blossom without making the flower bulkier. I stamped the sentiment from Holidays & Wishes in Chocolate Chip classic ink.

Another Kristina Werner Challenge #43

Since I had so much time to participate, I decided to try one more entry. On this one, I used my Texturz plate on the basic card front. I stamped the blossoms from the two step Botanical Blooms (Sale-A-Bration 2009) set in basic black, then stamped the second image in Ruby Red on the blossoms. I also stamped the leaf outline in basic black, then re-stamped the second image to color them in in Old Olive. I strayed outside the parameters and used some Chrystal Effects in the center of the blossoms and added some pink beads from the Bead Duos set. I adhered the piece with the flowers onto some Brocade Blue cardstock. Then using our new Eyelet Border Punch, I punched out strips in Pumpkin Pie, Ruby Red and Old Olive and adhered all of them on top of each other, then on the back of the blossom piece. I took the 5/8" Pumpkin Pie striped grosgrain ribbon, found a thread in the center and pulled to smock the ribbon. Then I attached the ribbon to the back of the blossom piece and attached the whole piece to the main card front using dimensionals. It's a little different, but I think it turned out pretty cute too.

Kristina Werner Challenge #43

I love doing Kristina's color challenges; but it seems like I'm always a day late and a dollar short in getting them done in time for the deadline. This time it worked out great because she extended the time to Monday since she's out of town for the weekend.... what luck for me LOL. These colors go so great with each other. I used the Old Olive for the basic card, then used the Bella Rose DSP along the side and a strip of Ruby Red along side of the chocolate chip. The star was inked with Brocade Blue, then embossed with clear embossing powder. After I inked the chipboard star, the color looked much darker than the Brocade Blue, but it really is that color. I punched a piece of the Old Olive using the Scallop Circle Punch, then a piece of white using the 1 3/8" Circle Punch. I stamped the cat from the Zoofari Stamp set and colored it with my Pumpkin Pie Marker and highlighted the spots with Basic Black. I hung the star using Hemp Twine and adhered with a staple. The Sentiment is from Warm Words. I think this turned out really cute.
